The domain is situated in 15 km in the Northwest of Béziers on an argilo-calcareous soil with sides of hillsides.

Red - Rose

They are 25 hectares of vines syrah, grenache, mourvèdre carignan and cinsault.
For 25 years, the culture, divested of any chemical of synthése (weed-killer, pesticide or fertilizer), is traditionally made by the work of the ground, the fertilization by organic compost and the use of respectful products of the environment.
The grape harvest, always made in the hand, is scratched, converted into wine partially by maceration, then, traditionally with control of the temperatures. The breeding, from 1 to 2 years in old lightnings oak, allows our wines to dévelloper and to refine the caractèristiques of the Holy soil Chinian.
The bottled, assured by our care the property, guarantees you the quality of our products of the stock at your table for one living pleasure !
